1. Return Period

  • Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging (sealed), and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Return Fees & Shipping

  • Return Shipping: We offer Free Return Shipping for all eligible items. You will not be charged any shipping fees to send the product back to us.

  • Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees (0 EGP) for any returned items.

3. Return Label & Method

  • Return Method: Returns are handled by mail/courier.

  • Return Label: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return label via email (Download and Print) or send our representative to collect the item from your location.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned if the original factory seal has been broken:

  • Any product that has been opened or used.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

5. Refund Process
